Refund policy

Purchases made on our website can be returned for an exchange or refund within 21 days from ship date. After 21 days, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. If the issues are due to an internal error including defective merchandise, or a wrong item is sent out, Then we will incur all shipping costs. If the return is due to an item that does not fit, or you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to exchange it for a different size and/or style (see below), you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship it back to us.

To be eligible for a return:

– Your item must be unused and new. It must also be in the original packaging.
– T-Shirts must be unworn and unwashed
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error won’t be accepted.
– Any item returned past the 21 days since ship date won’t be accepted.
– Items like socks or masks are not eligible for exchange due to Hygienic reasons.

Defective items will only be replaced with the same item, delays may apply. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In the rare case an item is no longer available, a credit will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping is at the customer’s fees and are non refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or CC, it may take some time for your refund to be posted to your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and considered as sold as is, final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges apply if the item(s) are defective, and will only be exchanged for the same item.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a shipping service that gives a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages sent to us. In case of loss or damages, you will need to contact the mail carrier used.
